Step 1 - Directions:

 

The Profit & Loss Budget Calculator is used to forecast revenue and determine budget expense guidelines based on forecasted (or actual) revenue. Enter the # of Full-Paid-Players and the Cost Per Player, and the P&L Budget Calculator will auto-populate all revenue and expense categories based on our business model and financial guidelines.

 

Note that many of the expense categories are paid by GKB Corporate, while the discretionary categories managed by the Market Director are highlighted below with an *. Costs for these categories must be within the guidelines, and corporate approval must be received for any costs above these amounts.

 

All revenue and expense budget fields are auto-populated, but can be edited to view different cost scenarios. Re-click the GENERATE P&L BUDGET button to return all fields back to auto-populated values.
