The seasonal marketing and advertising package is full of great stuff for you to take advantage of, but we know this can be overwhelming at first glance. Let’s take a second to review what you’ll find inside…

 What’s included? 

 

 

The following 5 steps (same steps as in the email) provide a simple, user-friendly process to easily deploy this marketing package.  Each step includes its own document that explains how to complete the marketing/advertising action items.

 

  • Instructions Page: This is it, you are reading it.  CHECK that one off the list!                                                      

 

  • The Summer 2013 Theme: We’re excited to introduce our “Summer of Music” theme for this upcoming Summer 2013 season. As you explore this section, we hope you’ll be inspired to use this theme to deliver a one of a kind social experience for your players.

 

 

Within the “Step 2 - Summer Theme document” (access doc by clicking Step 2 in the email), look at the ideas we’ve provided for you to incorporate the “Summer of Music” theme throughout your season, during your Theme Week, and for your End of Season Party.

 

 

  • Action Item: Use one of the ideas provided or come up with your own creative twist to implement the theme for your Theme Week and for your End-of-Season Party.

 

 

  • Action Item: Don’t keep your success a secret! Share what’s working for you so that we can celebrate you and so that others can learn from your best practices.  If you come up with your own usage, please share that usage and implementation with the GSU|GKB corporate team.

 

 

  • Marketing & Advertising Template: The Marketing & Advertising template provides valuable marketing and advertising tools and direction, based on much experience and lessons learned, for each Market Director to easily implement and deliver successful results.  The Marketing & Advertising template will continue to evolve as we build in new tools and plans to make your life easier and increase your results.  As you explore this section, our goal is that you will be able to focus and direct your marketing and advertising in a very intentional and measureable way to achieve the best results.

 

 

  • Action Item: Within the “Step 3 – Marketing & Advertising Template spreadsheet” (access sheet by clicking Step 3 in the email), please take the time to intentionally work through this worksheet until you come up with a plan that works for you.  Continue to work this plan throughout the season. We will be following up and referencing this plan with you as we support your initiatives each season.

 

 

It is important to implement these marketing & advertising tools to realize success and growth in your market(s).

 

 

  • Tool Kit and Resources: Just as the name says, we’ve created a tool kit of useful ‘how tos’, resources, and ‘did you knows’ to equip you with the knowledge and arsenal to execute on many of your marketing strategies. This Tool Kit will also grow and evolve with time as we introduce new marketing tools to meet your growing needs.

 

 

  • Action Item: For “Step 4 – Tool Kit and Resources” (access documents by clicking Step 4 in the email), Download the tools in this email / packet for future use. If you happen to lose this email or misplace the physical packet that we’ve mailed to you, don’t fret… you can still find this entire Marketing Package in our newly launched WIKI as of April 17th, 2013.

 

 

  • Checklist: Summer Theme, check! Marketing & Advertising Template, check! Tool Kit, Check! The Checklist is just that. We’ve gladly spent significant time and effort putting this together for you SO THAT YOU DO NOT MISS ANYTHING, but it is all in vain if you don’t put it into action. The Checklist is your accountability partner to make sure you follow through with your plan… we promise, you’ll be glad you did!
