False Start Tracking
This new functionality will automatically send an email to a potential registrant after they have either signed in to their profile or created a new profile and an error occurs. As you know, sometimes this happens when people get distracted, lose connection, or change their minds about registering. Now we will be able to track down those "false starts" that sometimes happen and engage with those customers.
An automatic email will be sent to the customer that says “we’ve noticed that you started registration and then stopped.” It will also link them to an area where they can tell us what happened and how we can help. If they are ready to restart registration or continue the process there will also be a link included.
Reason for a false start:
• Internet goes out
• Computer shuts off or freezes
• Drinks too much and forgets where they are
