Email to Team Captains

Recruiting help from the team captains to help fill the league

As part of the registration and marketing process we like to reach out to the captains of each team. The captains are the “go getters” of the league. They are the highly motivated, social, organized, and driven people that fuel the leagues with players. In some circumstances where we could improve our participation, we like to reach out to the captains who have 15 or less players on their team. This encourages them to get the rest of their team mates signed up. When there is about 2 weeks and 1 week left we send this email out to the captains. Below is an example email.

Hello GO Kickball Team Captain,

Thank you for signing-up your team in our Monday Hammond Park league!

As a friendly reminder...

If you are receiving this email then your Fall GO Kickball team still currently has less than 15 players. Encourage your friends to sign-up now to ensure that you have 15 or more players before Registration CLOSES this Thursday Aug 23rd at 6p.

**After Registration closes, if your team has less than 15 players, then your team will be subject to being merged with another partial team or free agents added to complete your roster.**

Also as an fyi in case you are not aware, if you go to our GOkickball.com Atlanta webpage and click on "member login" at the top-right, then as Captain you can view your Team Page showing all registered members of your team and access their emails as well.
