To Market Refs Before Season End to Receive Pay
Collect all HR info from your refs before the season starts, this will make your life easier at the end of the season. It is standard procedure in all businesses to get all HR paperwork before someone's first day on the job, this should not be any different. In addition to making your life easier at end of season, it is imperative that they sign the Independent Contractor Agreement before the first game to help insure any liability on you or GO Kickball.

Subject: *Important* Fall Referee Payment Process **Action Required**
Hello Refs,
The Fall Season is finishing up, and it's almost time to get paid. GO Kickball utilizes a payment system through Bill.com that enables direct deposits so we no longer have to wait for the US Postal Service to receive our checks and then make a run to the bank.
However each of you need to take care of some administrative details first...
1. W-9 form
Anyone who works with GO Kickball such as Referees MUST complete an IRS Form W-9 and submit it to GO Kickball Corporate before getting paid. Completing 'New Hire' paperwork and tax forms is standard for any organization operating within the United States and is something we must require of all employees and contractors to be in line with IRS regulations. Please fill-out and sign this W-9 form, save it, and then attach it to an email to our Finance Manager at finance@gokickball.com.
2. Bill.com account setup
In the next 24-hours, you will receive an email from bill.com customer support. with subject line: "Activate your Bill.com account". Watch for this email, click on the link provided, follow the prompts and be sure to follow the instructions within, so that you can receive payment. Be sure to do this from your computer (not your phone) and follow all the steps completely.
This is the only time you'll have to take care of these setup details, so please do right away.
