Email Reminders for Registration

For established markets, Market Directors can announce registration via email blasts. Once the league is set up in Webbuzz MD's send an email blast saying registration is now open. When there is 14 days left MD's send another email reminding people to sign up. With 1 day left in registration they send one last reminder.

These strategically planned emails are very important. They are sent as gentle reminders to our customers letting them know how much time is left. It keeps GO Kickball in the back of our customers minds and helps them continue to talk to their friends about playing GO Kickball together. Another method used is to send an email to team captains who have 14 players or less. This is expanded upon to a greater extent in a subsequent section
