Bill.com ePayment Setup

GO kickball LLC uses Bill.com Payment Network to pay electronically. Therefore, anyone receiving payment must have an account set up through bill.com. Your bank account information will not be known to GO Kickball LLC. Your bank account data is securely retained by Bill.com for direct deposits paid out by GO Kickball LLC.

 

 

 

If you or your refs are first-time payees with GO Kickball, the following steps must be taken to ensure your expense report payment requests will be processed immediately and smoothly.

 

 

   1.Send name, address, and email address of person to be paid to Finance Manager at finance@gokickball.com.

 

This information is needed to set the person up in our Quickbooks system which syncs with bill.com. The information is then pulled into bill.com and an ePayment invite is requested to send to the person.

 

 

   2. The person will then receive an email with instructions, like this:

 

       From:      Bill.com customer support

       Subject:  “Activate Your Bill.com Account”

 

 

                Please click on the link provided in this email and follow their prompts.

 

   3. The personal address data must be entered as well as the bank account information, which only bill.com has access. Please do not enter ‘GO Kickball’ anywhere in your profile.

 

 

   4. During setup, a Payment Network ID is given.Please remember your bill.com account username and password for any future changes; i.e. address or bank acct change. 

 

 

   5. It is important to complete this task promptly as bill.com will invalidate their invite after a few days.

 

 

Troubleshooting:

 

If the ePayment setup was not successful, there could be 2 reasons:

  • only a partial setup was completed (the bank acct data is missing) or

  • the bank acct data is incorrect and bill.com could not verify it.

 

 

To Correct:

  1. Go to your Bill.com account

  2. Enter your Payment Network Id

  3. Click on the ‘Gear’ icon on the far right

  4. Click ‘Overview’

  5. Click ‘Bank Account’

  6. If your bank account info is there, please review for accuracy and correct.

  7. If your bank account info is missing, please enter.
