GO Kickball corporate is here to support you 100% of the way through your entire season. Please do your best to answer any and all questions yourself before asking corporate for help. Most questions you will receive will revolve around general information, how to register as a free agent, team captain, or invitee, or the actual steps pertaining to signing up. The answer to these questions is easy to find. We have put a lot of time, effort, and money into making this process as smooth and painless as possible. Please get your money's worth out of the tools we have provided.

If you are a new MD then be sure to play around with the website, register in all of the different options those are as a team captain, invitee and free agent. This way when you receive any questions about the process you can easily know what they are asking and be able to answer them.
It is also a best practice to go through each registration option (Free Agent (FA), Invitee, Team Captain) before you announce registration is open for the new season. This will allow you to make sure the website and registration process is working properly.
With that being said, if you receive any questions that are not easily answered please do not hesitate to contact corporate for assistance. Occasionally the website or registration process will have technical difficulties/problems. Please contact us ASAP if this does occur so that we can have it fixed ASAP.
